Our newly refurbished apartments

As of November 2006, Oakford The Mews was sold by Ascott International to a Franchisee group as part of the Quest Serviced Apartment Accommodation Group. The property has subsequently been renamed Quest Prahran.

We are now commencing a soft refurbishment and maintenance programme of the entire property. Some of the areas to be addressed so far include:

-Repainting of all apartments
-Replacement of carpet in most apartments
-Installation of high speed broadband in all apartments
-Installation of new LCD televisions in all apartments
-Replacement of all dining and lounge suites with brand new furnishings in all apartments
-Bedding and Replacement of all bed linen with new doonas and throw rugs

Some of the areas still to be addressed in the future include:

-Replacement and upgrade of electronic facilities
-Re-carpeting the remainder of apartments
-Ongoing upgrades to the property

Our endeavour is to provide you, our valued client with the best possible product and service and as such appreciate your patience and understanding during this transitional period. It is not anticipated that this work will cause any disruption to our guests.
