Please note that cancellations and changes of all bookings (made via website or phone) must be lodged by 2.00PM, 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to One Nights Accommodation value, with the exception of Group Bookings and reservations over special event or peak periods. A non refundable deposit equivalent to One Nights Accommodation value applies to bookings made over special event or peak periods. Cancellations and changes for bookings during special event or peak periods must be lodged by 2.00PM, 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of 100% of total accommodation value. Guests are required to present their valid credit card and ID upon check in. A credit card pre-authorisation or cash bond of $500.00 will be taken upon arrival.
